How many coaching sessions do I get?

Stage 1 includes 10 thirty-minute sessions, which you can combine into longer blocks if you prefer. These sessions are valid for 12 months from sign-up. Application reviews are provided in writing and do not use up your sessions.

Stages 2 and 3 are structured around the specific assessment centre or scheme you are preparing for. We agree a session plan with you when each stage begins.

What can I use my coaching sessions for?

The sessions are flexible and tailored to what you need most. At the start of the programme we create a personalised plan based on your development areas, then adapt it as you progress.

You can use them to strengthen your written work, communication, commercial awareness, interview technique or any other area where you need support.

Do you help me choose which firms to apply to?

Yes. Firm selection is one of the first things we work on together. We help you build a personalised firm strategy based on your background, strengths and career goals.

Applying to the right mix of firms matters as much as the quality of each application, and a well-chosen list significantly improves your chances of success.

How often will the sessions take place?

This is up to you. During the application stage we recommend a session every 2 to 3 weeks, which gives you enough time to make progress between sessions.

Around assessment centres and vacation schemes, sessions become more intensive and are scheduled around the firm's dates.

Where will the sessions take place?

Sessions are held virtually. Let us know if you would like to discuss face-to-face sessions.

How do I get support between sessions?

You have email and WhatsApp access throughout every active stage, so support is never limited to your scheduled sessions.

If you have a query or want to check something, you can reach out at any time. We work to a 24-hour turnaround, so anything you send us will get a response within 1 day.

I do not need support with all the topics listed. Can I change topics?

Yes. The sessions are flexible and the topics listed are suggestions. If you want to focus on only a few areas, we are happy to accommodate this.

How long does the programme last?

The programme is built around one full application cycle, from your first application through to converting a vacation scheme. Most students work with us for 6 to 9 months depending on when they join and how their applications progress.

Your Stage 1 coaching sessions are available for 12 months from sign-up. Beyond that, there is no fixed end date.
